Need experts opinion: Planning to sell one 6 Marla plot in Johar Town (around 74 lcs ) to move to more better location (corner or park) of 5 marla for self-living house construction. These are two transactions (selling & buying). What can be the estimated cost/fees/taxes in total under current Tax conditions in both the deals so a better & well informed decision can be made. About 10 Lac, 3 Lac Taxes, 1.5 Commission and 6.5 Lac Buying selling difference If you are experienced in buying and selling.
In Other words If You sell this Plot and Buy Back in 2 weeks same or exactly similar Property you will lose 10 Lac |
