Is our beloved Govt. also imposing tax on plots purchased before 01 July 2016? If yes, then up to how much old purchases will be taxed?
Will overseas Pakistanis be exempted from this tax? Please advise.

I reckon it will be difficult to exclude overseas Pakistanis as it will be easy to claim that person is overseas Pakistani and it will be difficult to authenticate. |

- any one holding a valid NICOP
- proof of job/business outside Pakistan
- entry/exit stamp on the passports
these 3 are enough to prove you are an expat while opening a bank account in Pakistan then why cannot for property? |
