Dear All stakeholders of phase 9
With current pace of development it is not possible to deliver within 3 years. Which dha has promised. We should push Dha to do some thing.we should arrange a peacefull protes or At least every body can send a written complaint to ADHA regarding slow progress. It will build pressure on them. Hope fully they will do something. Just wait wait wait wait for next 8 years is very difficult.

if people can throw-out marshal law and army in recent incident in turkey then y not for dha if they dont deliver, lesson need to teach to all culprits. |

Since new taxes DHA bearing 200 lac loss per day. Not all pay DC charges in time. Definately this will slow down development processes. |

Waseem and Ahmed sb I agreed with you. A big Slump in property business ahead. But no body wish to see it.
Here every body like to look previously hype that is not possible in near future. It's Slump more than 2005, Mark my words Get ready for big cut in property prices even you will not find byers in market. |
