(Property business Slump)
A big Slump in property business ahead coming. A big reason are new taxes, but a correction is also due.
No body wish to see it & realise it's. Here every body like to look previously hype, that is not possible further in near future. Now Slump are more than 2005 period, Mark my words Get ready for big cut in prices even you will not find new byers in market.

Some people are creating panic for nothing.All guys of this forum note my words nothing will happen as Azad sb is presenting dark side of the mirror.A little bit correction is expected but not any sort of slump.I think it is very sensitive issue and govt cannot offord to stop real estate sector.Our stakeholders are trying their best to handle this situation.InshaAllah, positive news is being expected within days .Be happy and calm.

FAA.awan sb, you are right and currently lot of people are spreading baseless rumours, I suggest CMY if he can be more active in deleting such baseless comments/POSTs. Guys if you do not have any positive news, then just be silent and wait and watch. However If some one thinks that Slump is coming, then Please sell whatever investment you have in your hand in current Price and give your life a Chill. Thanks

There is no need to worry. As prices will reduce or increase in all areas simultaneously.
So if my 1 kanal reduced then another area 1 kanal will b similar and parity will b same... Nothing to worry...
Only problem may b proving white money n tax%
Rest all is managable

I have no idea why people are not realizing the gravity of current situation. Real estate market is standstill for last one month, and we still dont see any real hope. Keep living in Euphoria brothers.

I second Khalid Azad! I will add that how high the prices can go? Affordability can be an issue. I really don't think that majority of the people even know what correction is! all they think is that prices will continue to climb. It doesn't work. I am surprise that the market should been crashed already. I think it is just a matter of time.
