Great news. Central park is more practical to live with A class facilities.Interestingly there is no sutta or fake rates in Central Park.Still under priced. As per my estimation cp has least chances to be effected by current real estate Tax issues because mostly buyers has intention for constructing homes as this is still the best and practical livable option in this price. |

Good news for Central park and nearby societies ,Bahria Nasheman especially.Bahria nasheman and central park are good for living purpose and house construction for rental motives.Both are underpriced and deserved to invest for long term rental income with all modern facilities and quick public transport as well. |
