Can you advise me some good long term investment in any DHA of Pakistan. I am planning to buy a file in Multan DHA as a long term investment. I will be waiting for your advice, kindly suggest me some good long term investment upto 10million. Thanks

Dear Newbie, The Rule Of investment is that you do best decision of this time and don't repent on opportunities lost.
If DHA Multan are wise people which I think they are, they will not launch installment Plot now and wait for some recovery, If They Delay next 5,6 Months File Price will come under pressure and you may get a chance to buy cheaper. I am in your place I will wait for More fall.

My anticipation is Like DHA Bahawalpur, DHA Multan will not be able to sell. At launch price hardly they can attract few hundred buyers. They should learn from DHA Bahalpur and not do suicide jump.

Buy in DHA Valley Islamabad.

Mughal Sb this newbie guy will be relying on your advice that prices of Dha Miultan will go down and then he will purchase may I ask what if it doesn't go down then where your advice will stand ?????

Jameel Mughal sb has just given his opinion about DHA Multan. I think , it is highly un reasonable to ask him what if the Multan price don't go down and where his advice will stand.

Untimately,the buyer or seller has to make their own decision. Other people advice what they feel how the certain area/society will move in the coming days.

NOTE:

I am also interested in buying DHA Multan and also feel that price of file will come out due to current scenario.
