It appears there has been a big jump in the value for S-Block, Phase 8.
Is this true and why is it so?

S block was always been underrated in beginning despite of its better location (exactly on Barki raod). Better location than Ivy green or DHA 7.
under priced blocks surely give more returns later stage.
I now its turn of S block and i expect big jumps are possible. |

Big jumps are possible but the price will not go higher than the exiting better located blocks etc X, W, V. |
