I have a question please correct me if I am wrong
New DC value will be 200-300% more so FOR EXAMPLE if DC value was 7 lac now it will be 21 lac.
Market Value of plot is 50 lac.
So there wont be any capital gain as even New DC value will be under 40lac
Am I right please advice.
