What ll be tax formula?,

If I purchased a plot worth 45lac in bahria nasheman before 30 june 2016 and if I sale it @47 lac next year what would be new tax formula? Though Bahria dont know that for how much I purchased they just took their transfer fee of 88000.
Please guide

Yeah, I also bought in Bahria karachi, paid only transfer fee.

Yes,bahria town new and non approved projects are safe from Fbr as nobody has track record except bahria office.Rest will be cleared soon.
Dear Ali Farhan,Bahria Nasheman is approved project but do n't worry malik Riaz will try to compensate his clients as he already compensated last year by reducing transfer fee 50 thousand out of 1 lac for 5m plot.He will try to save his business Empire at any cost.He cannot leave bahria town's customers alone,in
this hard time.Wait a few days more and see what will happen in coming days.There are thousands new ways for malik sb as he can declare your transfer letters as open files by putting on it just a singal stamp of open file.
As many transfers are without cvt or stamp duty etc.Bahria town is a private soceity like a factory ,and the owner is all in all in it, he can change his polices very easily according to new situations.These are my personal informations and observations,I may be wrong.

Bahria has shared details of its members and their holdings from kchi, lhr and isb with FBR already as required by law. So your description is not entirely accurate.

Dear Aldwin, I think you are not fully aware of Bahria town's polices ,plannings and tracks.Bahria town provided only half information to FBR only for those properties which are already in govt notice and approved by LDA ,CDA etc.Bahria cannot provide data about new projects and cuttings(open file etc).As all these cuttings are recordless in any govt instituation.So far my information,Bahria will deal all these non approved projects according to its sweet will until these projects got approval ,and it will happen in next govt period.You will be surprised to know that Bahria town canal road C and E blocks are still not approved by LDA ,Grand mosque is also in E block.How can bahria hand over new projects record to FBR easily.Bahria management is not as simple as you think.Bahria will do it for its bussiness benefits.wait and see.

I am afraid how will it work for bahria town in this situation while Gov is now trying to make everything transparent and legal in real estate business? DHA new DC rates have been finalised and published today but we have'nt heard anything in Bahria town about this issue.
