[8/1, 11:29 AM] Choudry Mujahid Yasin USA: If military officers sell plot in first year after purchase if purchased after July 1st 2016 they will pay only 5% instead of 10% If sells in 2nd will pay 3.75% instead of normal civilian 7.5% and if selling it between month 25 to 36 from purchase they will pay only 2.5% capital gains tax. If property purchased before July 1st 2016 armed forces people will pay only 2.5% capital gains tax if sold any time within 36 months. After 36 months no tax and dont matter when bought sokd.
