Dear CMY, please correct if I am mistaken. Where it is mentioned that fair market value will be determined by FBR? As per ammendments in section 4, DC values will be taken fot areas couldn't be determined by nominated evaluators board of SBP. Moreover price evaluation will be done time to time, means anytime and today price isn't fixed for one year.

Dear Shahzad SB, you are 100% correct. Till board will not be formed current DC value will be considered market value i.e. hidden good news of this ordinance. :)

But Ishaq Dar said in press conference that only FBR can determine fair market value but this ordinance isn't saying this, if am not mistaken. My mobile number is zero five zero five seven five six one three three. I live next to your building Al Montazah Tower. Please ring me.
