Dear Friends , AOA , hope you are good . I have a question . My elder brother is purchasing a park facing plot in H Block Prism ( nearly 120 K ) . We are confused to purchase that plot or 3 Files DHA Multan
H Block will be good once Ring Road starts .
Multan will give good results on balloting
Please suggest

U can take one in DHA Multan.

@Ali, bhai jaan in coming few months hudiara drain road beneath M,N,L sectors is going to be widen right from ferozpur road up till bedian road(dual carriage) to give access to liver and kidney center in phase 7 and influx of traffic will be gigantic there in coming years. imagine the potential of N sector yourself. N block already started gaining for the last few months. |

H block has RING ROAD interchange and is highly recommeneded by CMY in many audio tapes also. Lahore is more liquid and gets so much more in terms of growth infrastructure and population. |

Why not buy 2-3 5 marla plots in prism in different blocks. 5 marla gain more as well as you will be exempted from capital gain tax and witholding tax if you plan to sell in a year or two. |

H is excellent and future best block of prism, DHA multan is excellent and future huge success of real estate, the only thing is in terms of gains Multan is best (with risks) and in terms of sure shot safe investment Prism is good. |
