Dear Members and LRE Team need your all help,please guide me,
I make deal of plot in PRISM through some DHA registered Dealer with other party,
The Biana was paid 40 Lacs for I Kanal plot,and Biana paper was signed.Before transfer the Dealer said that DHA is not issuing NDC because the seller who is RETD Army officer has to pay some dues to DHA.Now it is almost 6 months that I payed 4 Million as Biana to seller and Biana was 5 times extended on his request.Now I asked for transfer of plot and again Dealer and the seller are making lame excuses that file is there in DHA and they are not releasing it,They are not telling me the exact picture.For the last 6 months my 4 Million is with seller and he is not transferring his plot.Please help me and give your valuable advice that what should I do.Looks also that Dealer is watching his interest also.

Very sad . I feel your pain brother
I don't understand why people do such things
Our country is messed up with these kind of people
Main issue is you cannot trust anyone there
I bought couple of plots with help of my father in prism and both time we Had to go through so much stress I cannot tell you
I fail to understand morality of these people and real state agents . Makes me feel sick even thinking of buying and or selling
There is so much greed and lies In our society unforunately. I am in USA for 11 years . I feel so much worried and vulnerable to even think of going back just because of these kind of stories . Everyone is there to screw you over money
Sitting in USA and being a physician u get so much used to just truth , truth and only truth
Every thing is so straight forward here no risk of cheating
What will happen to our next generation .... It's just so sad . It's very sad

punish them get 80 now , if there were clear issue with plot , y the hell seller sold , y they did not return money back and said sorry , y they r using your money , get some insights from dha related plot , ma be they are trying but looks scam , and i think some bad deal... started working in dha |

Doc:do not get disheartened like that. Play wisely and safely and nothing goes wrong. Why did yasir give him 40 lacs without verifying the documents. If the documents were not available with the selle why did he hand over to him that much amount. Frauds are every where even in America... |

Doc stay in DHA deal with professionals dealers like LRE and you will be pleased.
we all are overseas Pakistanis so DHA is very trouble free for us. Very posh living wise just choose good estate like LRE. |

dear yasir,sad to hear that.Write a notice to dealer and the seller for a final date with a copy to transfer branch DHA, and dealers associations ex DHA Lhr. if seller is army offr send a copy to his office as well, lets start shaking the old rug, u will get some response InShah Allah. |

Contact DHA directly and meet with them and explain all the details. DHA will be able to tell you exact situation. Is dealer is registered with DHA. If he is doing some thing wrong he could lose his registration too. |

Aoa,Dear if you have the biana stamp paper or even the payment reciept of the dealer, immediately go to a lawyer and make a case and get a stay order from the court and then put CAUTION on that plot in DHA, so they cannot sell that plot.Then go to your dealer and ask them to negotiate,Get a lawyer who can be efficient in following your case. |
