Shahzad Saab let these spammers spam. They are living in a bubble of denial. They themselves know prices will stabilize further as market has by and large accepted this new arrangement.

Dear Fellows

I think we should all take a step a side and look back at the whole thing.

This was all well planned and well orchestrated.

First the prices were made to shoot up like hell based on pure speculation. Then the media compaign was started by GEO TV (Now a days on N-League's payroll) about tax evasion on real estate. Then all of a sudden these taxes were imposed. Government played really well by first threatening with bazooka and then agreeing on AK-47. in the end everyone loses except the special few behind all this.

No matter how hard we try to calm ourselves imaginging the rosy picture, the truth is that we are in deep shit. Its 2007 again !!
Prices will nose dive in a few weeks and months to come !

Look at anonymous names "neutral" "test" don't even have moral courage to register themselves before giving us lectures on real estate. Why should I listen you when I don't even know who you are, your past predictions, are you a rogue dealer? or are you a buyer desperate to buy some thing ? or are you a fear mongerer ?. Enough said.
