Dear All,
I am overseas, I bought 5-Marla DHA 9 Town plot before 2 years all dues clear but yet not received Allotment Letter and Possession letter.
Please advise what is the procedure to receive these letters from DHA and how much time it will take to be ready?

Have you submitted for file for letter?
If yes...get the letter from DHA |

Dear Zali, First Check that File Number is there in DHA Ballot List Published in June 2015 after Ballot, If yes the your "intimation letter" has been misplaced and not a big Issue and you will have to Contact DHA to pay due installments every 3 months.
If File was Not Balloted Plot in Ballot the You are trapped, as it was not allocation file at time of Ballot [ Very Near Ballot many Files which were still Affidavit were not allotted plots] If that is the case then you will have to wait for next phase 9 Ballot.
Intimation letter you get once your File is Balloted.
Allotment Letter and Possession Letter You will get in 2024 Once all development will be completed and after few months you will get Possession Letter. |
