I think we should all take a step a side and look back at the whole thing.
This was all well planned and well orchestrated.
First the prices were made to shoot up like hell based on pure speculation. Then the media compaign was started by GEO TV (Now a days on N-Leagues payroll) about tax evasion on real estate. Then all of a sudden these taxes were imposed. Government played really well by first threatening with bazooka and then agreeing on AK-47. in the end everyone loses except the special few behind all this.
No matter how hard we try to calm ourselves imaginging the rosy picture, the truth is that we are in deep sh*t. Its 2007 again !!
Prices will nose dive in a few weeks and months to come

If you think situation is this bad , better stay away from property business.
I think it's a good step forward. Our white money will stay white and it's a win win for all. Its a good chance that our halal white money turned black due to inherently wrong mechanism will turn white. All of it for free if u wait 3 years. |

FYI, Market will not effect with the new rates because in Pakistan before corruption rate was in Lacs but now its reaches at the level of Crores/Arab. Do you think who make Crores/Arab they will scare with few lacs? |

Here corrupt make billions and simple ppl just want safe place to park funds.
Real estate suits both.
Don't worry mr test. We will do ok inshallah. Taxes we have to pay every where in world. The sooner we realize this fact easier it will be. |
