FYI, Market will not effect with the new rates because in Pakistan before corruption rate was in Lacs but now its reaches at the level of Crores/Arab. Do you think who make Crores/Arab they will scare with few lacs? :pkf :h

Today was talking to my dad who was sitting with his retired LDA Friends. Here is there assessment.
"They say Lahore new societies will be getting future investor business as old societies like EME, older DHA phase 1 2 3 4 have higher rates. So most of the business will Occur in PRISM and Raiwind road socities. Also they said some money will flow from Bahria Karachi to Lahore projects" |
