The panic and confusion game has been over.

The buyers are coming out in the market to invest in Raiwind Road Societies because work is starting on LRR Southern Loops from 14th August 2016

Especially Bahria Orchard prices are starting to moving upwards just before an announcement of possession in October16 and before work on Ring Road.

Are you sure on Oct 16 is possession for 5 and 8 marla phase 2. If yes then indeed good news.

Awaan saab what mood do you see in Bahria Orchard Transfer office plz watch for next coming days to give us true picture.

Today was talking to my dad who was sitting with his retired LDA Friends. Here is there assessment.

"They say Lahore new societies will be getting future investor business as old societies like EME, older DHA phase 1 2 3 4 have higher rates. So most of the business will Occur in PRISM and Raiwind road socities. Also they said some money will flow from Bahria Karachi to Lahore projects"

Bahria Orchard market mood is looking quite positive and market is preparing to start once again.HassanHC you are right Raiwind road has very bright future.Ring road and orchard posssession in the end of this year is a vivid signal of next boom.Taxes will not have negative affect on Orchard as some friends are trying to display on this forum;they will have to lick the dust at last.Bahria Orchard is a paradise of small investors having great potential.In future,it is the most successful soceity on Raiwind road.I will try to provide more fresh market news about bahria orchard in coming days.

This is the time to grab on ground plots in Bahria Orchard before next jump of prices. The work on LRR has been started already and it will take a speedy work load after 14th August.
