Go for Bahria Orchard, 8-marla in sector c or sector d.
Buy the plot now as the value would increase in the near future because of work starting on Ring Road and Bahria Head office moving to Bahria Orchard plus possession of 8-marla in sector c or sector d would be given within 6-months ISA, Allah knows the best.

Buy 5m or 8m in Bahria Orchard within this bugdet.you should buy before 14th Aug,Ring Road inauguaration.Prices can be appreciated after that . |

Visit Central Park and look for possession plot of 10 marla, still under-priced and awesome society. 40-45 lakhs for good location plot.
5 marla category is also there but go for only possession plot.
