Market will not effect with the new rates because in Pakistan, before corruption rate was in Lacs but now its reaches at the level of Crores/Arab. Do you think who make Crores/Arab they will scare with few lacs?

Can someone please guide, if FBR will ask for white money source If i buy something worth more than 40 lacs?? Please tell for filer as well as non-filer case?? Thanks.
