Aoa.Aoa.i want to know is phase 8 AIR AVENUE as good as rest of dha.dha.is there any land dispute there???.I want to buy a 10 Marla plot there to build a house for rent.rent . plc experts I need your precious advice.

There is sewerage problem in air avenue. I live here n there is smell all the time. |

Dear Ameer, Air Avenue is excellent society to live & no dispute. DHA is going to start development of Parks & community centers as well. DHA officially announced Air Avenue part of phase 8. Today 10 marla on ground plot price is lowest in Air Avenue as compared to other phases of DHA. I have a 10 marla plot for sell on 60' road. Mr. Saeed from LRE knows me and you can contact him. |

45k to 60k depned upon the condition of house .this is about dha villas 10 marla iin c block dha phase 8 . New houses must get 50 to 60k. |
