From 1 Aug 2016 transfer fee of DHA Multan affidavit land files on cash is Rs 10000/- ( Ten thousands) And membership fee after Aug 8 Will be Rs 65000.

99% its 55 lac's for kanal 35 lacs for 10 Marla.1% room needed until officially announced :)

Likely own will be 5 to 7 lacs for winner in first 90 days.

Please advise DHA Multan that they should also allow transferring of file in Lahore DHA as DHA Bhawalpure announced to do. It will boost their business lot.

Whoever is interested in DHA multan he should buy immediately at 42 to 43 affidavit because it is still cheap. After installment cash file will be 47+

Surfer! remember your posts few months back when you were saying again and again that DHA multan is slow mover? That time DHA multan was at 30, now 42+. Do you still think 40% in 6 months is slow moving? Did you think how many people might have lost their investment option because of your discouraging statements against DHA multan during that time!

Dha Multan should launch one kanal at 62 lac minimum not 55 lac.
