What is the current market value of 345-N Dha Rahbar?
Has there been some appreciation in the prices recently?
I see 346 N quoted at 53 Lacs.
I see 348 N quoted at 55 Lacs.
CMY and HC evaluation will be highly appreciated.

Both plots good location but buy 346N as its cheaper and not much difference. They should be minimum 50-53 lacs. As pocession is coming soon. |
