People should come out of hallucinations as FBR value are here to remain. Also, the only reason why transactions are low because people are unaware of tax calculations and associated rumours.
There is not much difference on amounts for transfer of plots. Any increase in transfer of plot will be absorbed in the cost of plot.
So let's stop being pessimistic and encourage others to move on. I hope by eid -ul-Azha , property exchange will be at full swing. |
