515-J Block (near big park), Bahria Orchard.

Is it worth to hold or sell and invest somewhere else?

Doctor sb, it is nice location plot ,I advise you to hold it 6 months more for further appreciation.Now,it is not suitable time to sell it.
J block,515 is around 60 lac,having more potential in near future.

Bahria Orchard D ext has bright future and more cuttings near it are strongly expected.Phase.3 is also good but phase. 2 LCO will be better gainer.8m estimated price in june 2017 will be around 65 to 70 lac.InshaAllah.
GOlf view Residencia is good but timing taking project.At last,Bahria will deliver its plots.It is better to move to bahria Orchard phase2 C or D block for better gain.
