Aoa.plz guide which phase of dha i can get 10marla plot with 10millionin hand.need a plot for house not for investment purpose.

Phase 8 is best to start construction in two years time, or second option is phase 7. Keep in mind you will require around 80 lac for construction as well.

Location of 10 Marla plots in phase 8 is very close to ring road. Very deep elevation. Prisim construction is going very fast. Try to get a plot in C or R block. That will be ready by 3 to 4 years. Also visit Park view & Air Avenue. Definately you will like. Ready for construction and populated as well. Also in your budget.

Dear ahmed Hassan Sb I have been successful in Dha ballott held in March and got a sector shop 2 marla in phase 6 N block.I want your valuable opinion as to how long should I hold it and how much could it be after 2 to 3 months times.the Dha has valued it at 45 lacs.I have no idea whether it is on the map yet.i will be grateful for you valuable piece of advice

I would not recommend Prism if you want to construct soon but if you can wait atleast 5 to 7 years, PRISM is a good option. Otherwise, Phase 7/8 in this budget if you want to construct within next year / 2 years!
