Experts please advice for investment purpose where should I invest central park, formanites, Dha phase 9 prism, or LDA avenue please advice as I am new on this property forum :pkf

If you don't have any investment in DHA. go with PRISM DHA PHASE 9. As very safe and room to grow with time. Ring road. Bedian Road widening. So good infrastructure will support this project.

Like it or not market is at a stand still and will be for a long time to come.buyers and sellers are apprehensive why they should give heavy taxes to an incompetent government for nothing in return.their confidence is shattered.

@Tallat, acha then what would be people doing with their cash/savings? sitting on cash will drastically eat up the value of their cash with passage of time. and they will be looser. Not every one can play in stock and commodity market. Bank deposite return rates are lowest ever. No one can abruptly setup industry in current situation. at the end property in only tangible and secured assesst.

LAHORE RING ROAD SOUTHERN LOOP IS THE BEST OPTION

At the moment buying a plot in Societies falling on the Southern Loop will be the best option as outlook of these Societies will be completely changed after one year.

If one isn't player of stocks, canot start business like industry etc. And if funds are less then he can invest in mutual funds. Safe & good alternate of property too. Dosn't need to invest in million from day one. One can add funds on monthly or quartly basis. I invested with ABL Islamic funds. It doubled in 4 years. One should ve multiple options.

@ Real Estate is the Best. Property shouldn't be a single source of earnings. Yes agreed with you that property is a better place to park money than banks. But one should explore all option. not all in Pakistan are earning from Prisim 9. There are billions not aware of this name even. People earns then buy property.

Few years back my own elder brother lost his job and received RS. 2 million as a end of service benefits. That day he had two options, either buy 5 marla prisim file and sit quietly or to start a low profile business. He bought 2 Kanal land on BADIAN Road in 1.1 Million. Rest money he used for boundry wall, one small hall, and started business of Packing with companies who outsourced this job. That also help him to introuce own brand name and to start own export. Based on need he brings labor on daily basis. He bought & kept few goats too for BARAKKAH :). Now last year he purchased 5 marla plot in Prisim. Today value of his 2 kanal propety is 8 million that he is selling to buy more space to expand his business ( no 5 M prisim plot is equal to 8m yet). The purpose of telling this is only that don't stop exploring multiple options. Pakistan is the best country to live, work & earn. There is a huge potential outside this sector too. This is the only reason property business grow & people are earning from property also. The alarming situation is only external debt that has been reached $76b. No idea how & who will pay.

Ahmed Hassan , your post is worth weight in gold... we should explore multiple options of investments even if there is no threat on horizon for property business.

Ibhave heard this many time not to put all your eggs in one basket but experienced it first hand , first time.

@Ahmad Hassan, this is really inspirational. I agree that Pakistan has lot of potential for different businesses. We just need to show courage and take first step. Those businesses are not as trouble free as buying selling plot but definitely the reward is also greater as compared to property.
