Dear LRE,

It is Affidavit and I have paid 96 Lacs including the Tax, CVT etc.,

The seller paid those and I paid to the seller when I bought this Affidavit.

What was the reason for investing 96 lacs just on affidavit file that too in Z block, while on ground plots in prism are available in this price?
