Dear Experts! I want to construct one kanal house with basement in DHA. Kindly suggest me How much it will cost me for complete construction of the house.

Sir I made a house in DHA with full basement my covered area is 7400sq f it cost me 3000 sq f appx. You can build from Rs2200 sq f to 3200. There is no limit, but reasonable starts from 2200

I am interested to build I Kanal house with half basement in Phase 4 CC near 585.Can some one advise me the location of the plot to build a house is reasonable for future needs and also give me the name of person or firm for making the map in reasonable charges also honest ,Reliable civil contractor.Many Thanks for help
