You or your relative/friend have to go to DHA Lahore office to get / printout of the outstanding charges / installment with panelty of not paying last two payments and once you start paying your installment, they would know you are active or your current address is correct and they will post you intimation letter with installments plan afterward.
It happened same to me and since I started paying installment, they posted me intimation letter on my address and don't know I never received intimation letter on my addres previously before paying installment. Their courier system is not reliable.
