I meant to say that GOVT should set plot size & value. If size is less than that or value less than 4m. In my opinion all plots less than 10 marla size should be excluded.

I wrote most of the time,"5m plots will be hot cakes in near future". Any property Under 40 lac will be hot for investors, especially.There are vivid chances of 5m price appreciation.

So we can conclude that it is a good strategy by government to cool the housing market, by making the lower priced plots more expensive as well for the common man. ;-)
