Pl tell me the market value of Bahria Orchard Plots;

D 535
D 1307 extension.

Whats your expert opinion regarding holding these 2 plots.

Dear Hashim, current market value of your plots as under:

8M D. 535 = 53 lac.
8M D.ext 1307 = 48 lac.

Both plots are good location plots,it is better to hold these plots till possession.There are vivid chances of appreciation in prices as LRR is going to start on 14th Aug.Bahria Orchard transfer fee for low cost blocks is same as old was (without tax).This will be a big attraction for investors in near future.All these things will benefit you.

Why do you want to sell this diamond location plot? Hold it 1yr more till new houses constructions around it.It is full of potential.Do n't sell it,if you are not in intense need.
