Sir! I am holding a plot in Fazaia-1 on Riawind Road. Current value of my plot is about 125 lacs as it is corner and park facing. I have following two Questions:
I have come to know that LRR southern loop will pass through Fizaia and bisect it in two pieces. Will it have positive or negative impact on Fizaia?
Is it wise to hold a plot till completion of LRR on 14 august 2017? If Yes approximately what average prices do you estimate for 1 kanal plot in Fazaia

Holding such a plot for a year would be wise decision. Hope it is not very close or adjacent to LRR. You may easily gain 40-50 lac on it if LRR completes next year. Regards |

How much distance from LRR one can consider as reasonable ? Let's say if one has a plot in street 1 of F or C block or street 4 of E block would that be compratively near to LRR and at a disadvantage ? |
