I have 2 MARLA Sector SHOP (Double Storey & more than 10 year old) behind Officer Apartments in Sector "S" Phase-III.
Please evaluate and please guide to keep it or to sell it and purchase 10 MARLA files in Phase-9 Extension or in other phase.
