You kind suggestion is required whether to hold Bahria Town Sector F ABUbakar 236 # Plot or should i move it to some other place. I purchased it 3 months ago at 84 lac. What is the current value of it.

Dear Hashim, I suggest you to sell this plot and try to move to Bahria Orchard C block for 8m and 5m in Bahria Nasheman on ferozepur road. Both projects are benefaciary of LRR,having potential. In sector F Abubakar block rates are stagnant and less chances of price appreciation in near future.It is better to re-invest your amount once again in these areas. |
