I understand this forum is more focused on the Lahore sector. But can any brother, suggest good investment opportunities in Islamabad which is good for living as well in timeframe of 3-5 years. I have a budget of 60 Lac.
A fried of mine has asked me to go for a 1 Kanal plot in Gulberg Residencia Scheme of Islamabad which is run by Intelligence Bureau management.
Can some brother on this form kindly share the merits/knowledge about the Gulberg Residencia society in Islamabad ?
