Bahria has been announced possession for Phase 2 in Bahria Orchard, Lahore.

Warmly Wishes for all plot holders of LCO Blocks. Its time to celebrate and keep in touch with Bahria office to collect confirmation letters after applying NOC.

According to them they will dispatch the letters to all plot holder in their respective given addresses from next week.

is it for whole phase 2 OLC Blocks? or only few block, more details please?.

I only know those persons who have applied NOC for J and H blocks for which they have got Confirmation Letters before apply for map etc.

I called Bahria office but due to Friday office is closed so I shall confirmed it tomorrow whether it is partially and only for few blocks or wholly for all blocks in Phase 2. Lets hope for all blocks.

Bhai there is no buyer in the market .. so this is not going to have any "boom boom" impact on the prices

This will kick start construction boom as first few houses are hard to make but after that lot of ppl jump in mostly end users and will help overall supporting the prices.

This news with Ring Road formal inauguration and start of work will be a good support for Bahria Orchard project.

Is it for G H J block or for A B C D Block also.

Kureshi sb, I already have investment in Orchard but the problem is that prices are already at their peak .. Orchard Central which is reasonably populated, prices are stuck at around 70-72lac, 10 marla for last couple of months ... In LCO J,G,H 8 marla is already around 54 55 and hence there is very less room of any further appreciation

But I genuinely hope I am wrong and there is further appreciation in price :)

It will help to firm prices in Orchard and new investors will move gradually and espacially builders.

What is future of Bahria after MR. This is Pakistan where organizational structure is based on Chairman, then sons, then manager & under manager چمچہ no 1, چمچہ no 2. Although Bahria is PVT limited but here political parties has collapsed after fall of founders & splitted into smaller groups due to disputes between stakeholders. This is money am curious to know opinion of experts here. Stakeholders in Pakistan work & think in different way. Mostly it is based on بدمعاشی programme.
