Central Park is getting good gains.
Societies near ring road should be kept for minimum one year for max gains.

Current expectation minimum 30% gains from start or RING ROAD work inshallah.

Lot of ppl sitting on cash just waiting for official start of work and to see progress on ground before they will jump in.

It around 5 lacs per marla to 5.5 for any good plot in G block in posession area (10 Marla). Some plots are much cheaper around village and non posession area.

Experts please advice what if I sell my plot and enter to prism my plot size is 16.5 g block possession area with excess land paid already is it OK or should still wait for ring road

Central Park is as good a society as any other. If I were you, I would never make the blunder of selling it right here.

I would either wait, or even if sell, go for Orchard. Prism will take years to develop.

Today i was in central park just to vist as i have some investment there.dear construction activity is at its paek.more than 100 houses are under construction.mostly in g block.my personal view is that 10 marla plot will be worth 8 million in two years time which is now almost 5 million.so keep ur investment and save the huge cost of switching.
