CM SINDH HAS INAUGURATED THE K4 WATER PROJECT WITH THE HELP OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT 50% SUPPORT IN FUNDS.

PAKISTAN HAS CELEBRATED HIS 70th INDEPENDENCE DAY SUCCESSFULLY AND PEACEFULLY.

PAKISTAN HAS FANTASTICALLY WON IN 4th CRICKET TEST MATCH IN UK IN A VERY CINBINCING MANNER. THANKS TO YOUNIS KHAN.

LOTS OF HAPPY MOMENTS YET TO COME IN PAKISTAN BUT WE JUST NEED TO STAY PEACEFULLY IN OUR WORDS AND IN OUR ACTIONS. CPEC N GAWADER PROJECT WILL PROVE A MILESTONE FOR OUR NATION.

Finally the day has arrived:
"Ma shaa Allah".
Findings that I discussed last year on PRISM ballot in this respected Forum has been fullfiled by the Grace of ALLAH.
For those who think property will come down actually are in deep state of misunderstanding.
Here I would like add few more words for those who really waiting for price dip in Property specially in PRISM.
1. On 1st August 16 National Savings Center has reduced its rates to its lowest level of history many of the Investor looking for new doors of oppotunities.
2. Karachi Investor is also looking into the development Infra Structure in Lahore.
I am not an Analysist but "In shaa ALLAH" very soon looking into a Good boom in PRISM & Raiwind side Societies near to LRR. Just fasten your seat belts for one year & see the result when LRR is operative in August 17.
I hope many friends here want to Challange my statement but my recomemdations no effect due to this FBR rates on properties in near Future.
But Try you level best to think hard before making any Property or Investment decission.
