there is absolutely no activity in dha office as i have visited on Friday....there is no notification of taxes received....so m confused how lre team is evaluating prices when there is no activity and no dealing going on

Lahore team prices are not justify as no byers in market. I am trying to sale my prism H kanal since last one month but not received single offer.

I asked LRE to sell my dha rahbar phase 2 file but there is no offer for the last one month but price has been increased from 32 lac to 32.50 lacs

There are no buyers in the market and a lot of sellers. Prices on internet shows the picture of pre-taxation period. Now, things have changed. In other words, a real buyer can get plots on much reduced prices whereas according to internet the prices are rather increased. Ground reality is different than internet.

I echo with the above friends, even I wanted to sell my plot but almost a month now didn't get any single offer. There's a something wrong!!!
