Salam all!
I am getting a contractor to build a 1 kanal house for me in DHA phase 6 on my plot. I have seen houses they have built and I can vouch for it that the quality is very very good. However, they are quoting 1 crore 80 lakh. I wanted to know if this was a fair value for a good quality fully finished house with only the furniture missing.
What is the average cost of construction for an average house of 1 kanal in DHA?

Near 2800 to 3000 per sft. Total exp near 150 lac |

It is bit high by 15-20 lacs, however if you are impressed with their high quality work then go for it. However, clearly agree with them the time duration to build the house, payment terms etc. |
