DHA Multan,

As opposed to our expectations, DHA multan did not announce installment option on 14th August. Is DHA multan becoming another phase 9/10 where balloting news started in 2006/2007 and ultimately balloting happend in 2015. If DHA multan will linger on like this I am sure prices will fall back to ~ 35 range. I was and still am a big supported of DHA multan but such delays will heavily impact this project.

yes you are absolutely right.

As people were expecting this time so when it will not happen then even after it starts people will not be taking it serious and it will take little time again to gain the trust of people.

i have been discussing the DHA pattern of projects with my bro also that they have started or launched projects in multiple cities people are busy in buying and selling they are earning

Now they will come step by step like DHA peshawar , DHA BWP, then DHA Multan.

Many people on this forum had already said this that after dev starts in DHA BWP they will let it grow then after that DHA multan will start.

So they are puposely delaying this and this statement now proving right

expected price for installment plots have already come down due to current property slum

Multan installment plots will be launched at 55 per kanal in January, 10 Marla at 35, hopefully

I bought two plots in September,2015. One in Prism C at 150 ft road for 88 lac and other in DHA Multan at 30 lac.Today, the prism plot is at 140 approx.
PROFIT: ((140-88)/88)*100= 60%

DHA Multan Profit: ((40-30)/30)*100= 33%

BOTH NOT BAD AT ALL !!!! HOPE TO GET ALMOST HALF OF THE PREVIOUS PROFITS IN NEXT YEAR AS WELL!!!

Dear Mr Shahzad,

Slow market could be a reason why DHA has delayed installment option, but in future prices will rise for sure.

Just a Thought, Is it necessary to launch installment files first and then balloting later? Why can not they do Launch the project with Balloting and fasten development of project after collecting development charges from plot holders while Installment Plots + small cuttings (5 Marla/10 marla) could be launched later when market recovers ?

These are not my words, DHA & Clifton association صدر Raja Mazhar claimed 10 to 20 % dip in property prices. Now am going to recall words of our brother/friend Jamil Maughal here because situation is same.

market is going down due to recent terrorism activities rise, blasts , killing, child abduction,load shading,school attacks and People now thinking if they cannot transfer to their kids their own wealth what is the reason to buy this much of property by making bribe money and looted wealth. I think now people are thinking do they love their children as they are feeding them Haram food because if Prphet MUHAMMAD (PBUH) has said "HARAM MALL SEY PALA HUA GOSHT JANAT MEY NAHI JAI GA". then prophet MUHAMMAD (PBUH) means what he is saying.
