I have a budget of 2 Million and want to invest in real estate sector of lahore. One of the dealer advised me to invest in H block (5 marla) of Central Park society. He said the plot is on-Ground but possession will be announced after 6 months. Could u guys tell me whether investing in central park H block is safe or not? I can hold the plot upto 3 years.
Other option is Park view villas Gold block.
Jameel mughal sb, Surfer, FAA Awan sb and all other experts are requested to share their knowledge.

Investment in Central Park is safe, albeit LRE only recommends investment in possession areas.

I am not sure that H Block is on ground, Also 6 months possession for H Block, its not true, Please visit this block first, I prefer to go for D or F Block 10 marla plots (of course you would have to add at least half million more) |

Hassan Bhai, development work in D Block as compared to H Block is faster (I visited last month) and i expect it will be early as compared to H Block. however Best Block is G for 10 Marla but its a little bit expensive even for onground (non possession plots) which are Behind Main Park and near to 80ft road Opposite F Block. |

On Ground(non possession Plots) in G Block were in bracket of 30-40 and D Block its between 25-35, little change in that could be possible because my information is around 1-2 months Old, Its better to visit few dealers and plz do not rely 100 on Zameen or Forum rates , there is much difference in that and real rates |
