I bought two plots in September,2015. One in Prism C at 150 ft road for 88 lac and other in DHA Multan at 30 lac.Today, the prism plot is at 140 approx.
PROFIT: ((140-88)/88)*100= 60%

DHA Multan Profit: ((40-30)/30)*100= 33%

BOTH NOT BAD AT ALL !!!! HOPE TO GET ALMOST HALF OF THE PREVIOUS PROFITS IN NEXT YEAR AS WELL!!!

Will be interesting to track it on a quarterly basis going forward.

@ Navid you have made a right choice to invest in PRISM. Hope fully there is a good gain in PRISM very soon "In shaa ALLAH". As fast track development is in full boom in A,C,D,P,Q mostly these blocks are good gainers in coming Future & hopefully will get possession earlier.
Regarding J,H,G and others are also in queue due to LRR.
"In shaa ALLAH" whole PRISM will be a real gainer in coming future.

surfer how many plots you are holding in prism . you always talk about gain gain gain . it seems to me milk ho honey ki lakes behe rahi hey prism aur reale state market mey truth is there is no buyer in market and the market is leading towards crash soon

@ Attaullah sb. Yes you are right Every block in PRISM has its unique properties:
Like,
Q block got Theme park
P block got Zone one hot commercial
D block got Golf course
Your N,D,E,M got oval complex, college, polo club.
G got Hospital
J,K,H got LRR approach
While my favourite A block is enjoying all above with a few seconds distance.
Hopefully yes if you got good plot in upper N say near to oval complex and 150'ft road than you are winner. Thats why I am saying try to find good locations many times on this forum.

@ Attaullah sb. I have seen your plot on PRISM map. It is a good plot
"Ma shaa ALLAH" direct approach from 150'ft road very near to Oval complex, & Main Sector park of N block. And if i can viewed with my eyes walking distance from Masjid.
Hold it if you have planned to make your dream house.
If not than very fruitfull Investment "In shaa ALLAH".
