Why don't you analyse LRE's daily rates update, select few locations that match your affordability, pay a visit there and make your own decision. If someone suggests you a location where he has his own investments but it doesn't suits you, will you invest there. I think, you will not. So, don't rely too much on the advise of forum members. Here everyone speaks the language of his personal interest. The only exception is CMY because he is a selfless man and gives advise to the best of his understanding with good faith. If advise is ever needed, ask for his advise and not forum members. |
