How do you compare phase 8 Broadway 8 Marla commercial with phase 9 zone 1 8 Marla for next 3-4 year investment

Dear Sir,

Phase 9 zone 1 is clearly the one that offers most amount of potential. Broadway commercial has already hit its peak and does not possess too much juice in it any longer, prism on the other hand has everything to offer as gains will certainly be propelling from now on.
