Is there any impact on prices of plots on societies lying on raiwind road due to recent inauguration of ring road southern loop by shahbaaz sharif????
especially sui gas phase-2 what it your assessment for this society in short term??

SUi gas 2 will see a gain . current prices are 45- 65 lac per kanal. Due to Ring road and Bahria road link, prices should be touching 1 crore in 2 years. |

Beacon House is touching 1 crore plus in A block 1 kanal plots and price will further increase due to work in progress on LRR. It has gas, light and other basics and people living happily in it.
Price will further strengthen I'm coming period.
