Thanks IM787 for your clarification. Its a very good forum to express views. You have changed your decision in which you logic is understandable. I knew on ground plots are always safe bro, But if someone has no Budget for on ground plot. He can think for different options. It was one of the option which i explored for my freind. Rest everyone has to take care of all the things who is actually purchasing. It think in this forum majority of persons are un-baised and i love to read the comments of all good persons of LRE reguraly and some nice persons such as Kureshi sb Sufer Jammel Sb. Awan Sb Hassan HC. All the persons which are positive we should respect the comments of everyone. Here no one can force someone to buy or sell it. Just everyone is sharing its ideas :-) It was just an idea and not to criticize etc. Useful debates are always good so that we can see pros n cons of very society.
