Please advise the transaction status at DHA and bahria how many transactions per day now a days. Please advise.

10 to 15 transactions per day in DHA and bahria less then 10. market is almost dead

yesterday about 30 tranfers held in Dha, no idea about Bahria

@ Real estate is best, would u please share the average figure prior to new taxation,

further any idea these 30 transaction how many by investors, or plot or house transfers.

As per my information "could be incorrect" deals value less than 40 are going smoothly. In fact market players are adjusting (not for price) themselves to find ways for tax/FBR avoidence. Once that will be settled you will see تیزی. One of the way is to send money on summer vacations outside Pakistan that is in process nowadyas. Don't worry it will come back as a white shape to meet with first FBR challenge. In the mean time they would ve understand & discovered all tax avoidence ways after sell.

@webster bro transfers could be anything plots, houses etc i shared yesterday's figure as a whole only. in start of august they were only 10-15 per day, but with passage of time transaction volume improving overall.✔
before taxes volume was huge.
