Hassan Bhai , in D Block, 80 ft roads and some 40 ft roads also have been done including sewerage. while inner is still agricultural land which will be used for at least 1 season more. I expect it around 1 year at least. however legally when you make sign the transfer letter, society get you signed an affidavit paper that Possession can take maximum 3 years at the most. but in Real if they keep continue with same pace, it will be in time frame of 1 to 1.5 years approx. |
